Can I receive a tailor-made quote?
Yes, all the products available on the site are made to measure in our workshop in Belgium. We can therefore respond to any request that goes beyond the framework.
Send us an email to shop@artem-prod.com with as much information as possible so that we can send you a suitable price offer.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Each object is produced according to your personalization. This can take between 5 and 15 days depending on the desired quantities. It will also depend on the delivery option you have chosen.
How does the product customization process work?
There are two possible personalization techniques.
Laser engraving Printing:
- Choice of colors
- More suitable for photography
- High contrast
UV printing
- monochrome
- Natural
- Burnt material

How can I personalize my product? Are there any limits on the text or images I can use?
To personalize an object, simply select a product and click on the "Access personalization" button.
There are no limits on the number of characters that can be used.
The only limit is the customizable area defined on the support.
We also provide a gallery of patterns and pictograms.
How can I see what my personalized product will look like before ordering it?
Thanks to our online personalization tool, you will instantly see what your final object will look like.
The final rendering will conform to what you created.
What is your return and exchange policy for personalized products?
Since all products are personalized by you, we do not accept returns unless they are damaged or defective.
In this case, we will proceed to a new production that we will send back to you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or modify my personalized product order?
An order can be canceled if it has not yet been put into production.
From the moment the production is launched, no refund is possible.
How can I pay for my order?
We use all online payment methods.

We are reachable Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Outside these slots, it takes a maximum of 12 hours of response time.
Are there any promotions or discount codes available for personalized products?
We offer 10% discount on the first order.

How can I track my order?
When you submit an order, you receive a tracking number. This number is used to track the status of your order.
If you have created an account, you can also log in for easier access.
Am I required to create an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without creating an account. You only need to leave us your contact details such as your address, email and telephone number.
However, we advise our customers to create one to be able to access the various information more quickly, such as the status of the order and the dispatch of the package. You will also have access to promotions and discounts on future orders.
How is my personal information protected?
The information you share with us is only used for order processing purposes such as mailings. We do not share any information with third parties to our company, nor for commercial purposes.
